Friends of Ferndale Fire Montana

The Friends of Ferndale MT Fire is a non-profit organization formed in early 2023 with the sole purpose of raising funds for the Ferndale Volunteer Fire Department (FVFD). The FVFD is a rural fire department that serves a Fire District straddling southeastern Flathead County and northern Lake County. Unfortunately, the annual funding received from Flathead and Lake Counties simply does not cover the costs the FVFD incurs and does not include adequate funds for replacing worn-out and obsolete equipment. Our all-volunteer organization raises funds through various community outreach efforts to encourage local businesses to donate, directly from individual donors, and an annual BBQ fundraiser that is well-attended by the community.  

 

Please support the FVFD by making a tax-deductible donation. Please make checks payable to “Friends of Ferndale MT Fire” and mail to P.O. Box 30, Bigfork, MT 59911.
